DustDown
Our DustDown product is designed to be incorporated into the road base zone of roads including beneath bitumen roads to prevent dust emissions, reduce road degradation and the cost of road maintenance. It can also be sprayed onto roads. Hardstands and trafficable areas to reduce surface dust emissions.
DustCap
Our DustCap is designed to be sprayed onto large areas of land to prevent dust emission from exposed soil, rock, or sand.
Wet It Down
WetITDown is a superior wetting product that significantly reduces the amount of water required for specific applications due to its powerful synergistic formulation.
Conveyor Foam
Our Conveyor Foam is designed to capture dust on conveyor line transfer points and around equipment, such as crushers, both above and under ground. Conveyor Foam FM-60 is now also certified for firefighting.
Steel IT – Corrosion Inhibitor
Steel IT is a temporary coating with powerful corrosion inhibition properties to protect steel in the external environment.
Batter IT
Our Batter IT product is designed to be sprayed onto battered cuttings on roadways to hold exposed soil from erosion and slump long enough for vegetation to stabilise to soil long term.
Coat IT – Heavy Duty Corrosion Inhibitor
Coat IT is a heavy duty coating with powerful corrosion inhibition properties to protect surfaces from environmental damage.

Application Guidelines
-
As a dust attenuation agent, a ten percent strength solution of DustDown is applied to the road surface via a water truck. Some surfaces that are extremely dry may require an initial application of Road Base Mixing Agent (dosage 1 to 3000L of water) in order to ensure a moisture presence down in the pavement surface. Once the surface has then absorbed the Road Base Mixing Agent solution and the surface has allowed to dry, a 10 percent strength solution of DustDown is then applied to optimal moisture content (OMC).
-
An application rate of 0.6 liter of this solution per square metre of surface area is average. A second application is applied once the surface has dried and or when the road surface starts to loosen. Further maintenance applications in which is a diluted version of the initial application is applied when the surface starts to loosen. Each application is a work in progress as the DustDown builds up in the pavement structure. The periods between maintenance over sprays will continue to extend and the pavement will become an increasingly bound surface. We have sites where the maintenance over sprays are now several weeks apart.
